Attorney Frank Presents at Federation of Environmental Technologists (FET) Annual Conference

Attorney Matt Frank recently spoke at the annual conference of the Federation of Environmental Technologists (FET), held October 25-26, 2017, in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Matt was part of a panel that discussed Regulatory Perspectives: Legal, Business and Consulting, covering current trends and issues in environmental law and regulation at both the state and national level. He shared his unique perspective based upon his experience in state government as an Assistant Attorney General, as a former Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and as an attorney now in private practice representing businesses, organizations and municipalities.  Other panel participants included representatives of Johnson Controls and Foth Infrastructure and Environment.

The FET is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating and developing excellence in environmental professionals. Its membership includes over 600 professionals from industries, municipalities and other organizations involved in environmental regulation and compliance issues.

Matt practices environmental and energy law at Murphy Desmond, and he co-chairs the firm’s business practice group.
